This Website Terms of Use ("Terms") is a legal agreement between you and Manage 2 Win, Inc.  ("Manage 2 Win," "we," "us," or "our") that governs your access to and use of our public-facing websites, including but not limited to www.manage2win.com, www.hirethebest.co, and www.habitly.com, including all associated web pages, content, and functionality (collectively, the "Website").

These Terms apply to all users of the Website, including casual visitors ("Visitors") and paying customers ("Clients").

 

If you are a Client who has entered into a separate Client Terms of Service agreement with Manage 2 Win for specific services (e.g., coaching, consulting, academy access), that agreement governs your use of the paid services.  However, these Website Terms of Use continue to apply to your access and use of the public-facing portions of this Website.  In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed Client Terms of Service, the Client Terms of Service shall control solely with respect to the specific services it covers.

3.  Intellectual Property Rights

The Website and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Manage 2 Win, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

 

You are permitted to access the Website for your personal, non-commercial use only.  You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Website, except for incidental copies made in the course of browsing.

• To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the Website.

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion.  All changes are effective immediately when we post them.  Your continued use of the Website following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
